The Rules

I have three sets of rules on this site. One is for me, so you can know what I’ll do and what I won’t do. These are the standards for myself. The second set is for the forum and any other places user comments might appear. Those are community rules for everyone to follow, and I’ll be as transparent about them as I can. The third set are the vampire rules. They’re the terms of service for any third parties that would use any content or community activity here for their own purposes. If vampires need to be invited to come inside, I’m not putting out the welcome mat.

Site Rules (Mine)

  • I will not use AI to create any form of content. Hard line here. I will not at any point use AI to produce written, visual, audio, or any other media.
  • I will not share AI-generated content as any work of artistic or intellectual value. Anything I put up here will be made by a human, either myself or with attribution if someone else made it. If I post any AI–made material, it will be only for analysis and commentary of it and AI’s effects as a whole, with complete transparency of what it is and where it comes from.
  • I will not bullshit you. Straight off. I’ll be as honest as I possibly can be, whatever I may talk about.

Community Rules (Everyone)

  • No AI agents. If you want to post on here, you have to be a sentient, sapient individual.
  • No Nazi shit. This isn’t going to be a Nazi bar.
  • No cutesy bullshit about what Nazi means. 2 refers to any dehumanizing right-wing garbage, and I or any mods I trust will decide what that is when it comes up. Fascism, xenophobia, dominionism, however it shows up, it will be treated as Nazi shit. Nazi shit isn’t limited to the activities of the Nazi party in Germany between 1920 and 1945 and it won’t be treated as just sparkling nationalism if it doesn’t meet that narrow criteria. I’m not here to put up with any fucking bad faith “I’m not touching you” garbage here.
  • No hatred for identities. If you want to talk trash about someone, whether it’s a person or a group, it will be for what they actually have done, said, or clearly intend to do. Obviously that applies to any minorities, queer people, immigrants, or any combination thereof. That also applies to any faith. Which includes not bashing Christians just for being Christian. Condemning Christian dominionism or the explicit activities of conservative Christian sects affecting the treatment of minorities, queer people, and immigrants? That’s fair game. But if you want to bash anyone, you better be able to point at what they’ve done, not just what they are.
  • No “illegal” discussions, comments, or content. This rule is vague because laws always change, but it should generally be obvious. No death threats. No instructions on how to perform explicitly illegal or violent acts. No CSAM.
  • No uploading and sharing of any copyright-protected media. I won’t allow any pirated or otherwise illicit media to be hosted on this site. So no uploading it to a forum.
  • Trans rights are human rights.
  • Immigrant rights are human rights.
  • The Bill of Rights does not solely apply to American citizens, but to all people within its boundaries and authority.
  • If (You.Agreement(Rule(7, 8, 9)) == False): Fuck.Off(You)

Vampire Rules (Third Parties)

  • All directly published content on this site and any subdomains is the intellectual property of the site owner and administrator, and should be considered to fall under US and international standard copyright protection unless explicitly specified otherwise.
  • All user content on this site and its forums is the intellectual property of its respective user.
  • This site explicitly denies consent for any material hosted on it, whether directly published or user-generated, to be used for the training or any other enrichment of support of any artificial intelligence (AI) agent of any form, including large language model (LLM) or any other generative AI engine.
  • Any third parties interested in using content on this site in any form outside of AI training are directed to contact the site owner and administrator for terms and consent.
